We want to celebrate our staff and and the things that you have told us work well at the practice. If a member of staff has done a brilliant job, please let us know. We share these with our whole team, and it can be extremely uplifting to know you are making a difference.
In 2024, we received 102 compliments from patients who felt delighted by our care!

- Compliment for one of our Advanced Nurse Practitioners – ‘’Thank you to Jale for all your support recently, I appreciate you listening to me and doing everything possible that you could even when it puzzled you. You are a huge credit to our NHS.”
- ”I think the new telephone system is great, I used to have to wait ages on the phone and now I can just get a call back which is much better. I also like knowing where I am in the queue.”
- Compliment for one of our Nurses – ”It would be great if Amelia was recognised for her great work. She is so caring and patient.”
- Compliment for our Care Navigators – ”The receptionists are always very kind, empathetic and try to support you when they can.”
- Compliment for one of our doctors – ”Dr Housari is a good doctor and I felt listened to and thought he was a nice man.”
