Online requests

You can use our online service to raise non-urgent medical requests, or admin requests such as fit (sick) notes.

Your request is sent to us using a system called PATCHs. The system will ask you questions about how you would like help. This is sent to the practice and triaged by our staff. You may get a response through PATCHs, a call or message with information, or you may be offered a telephone or face to face appointment if necessary.
